The centre provides managed offices from several single storey buildings. These are offered on flexible terms based on our one-page licence agreement and are home to a mixture of SMEs including financial and recruitment companies and charitable organisations. Our friendly onsite team also provide business support services such as telephone answering and pay as you go secretarial support.

We are located within one hundred yards of Junction 5 of the M621, giving excellent access to Leeds, Wakefield and all the surrounding areas and there is secure parking on site for both customers and visitors.
