  From arrival on Friday evening 5 attendees stayed and our dinner was great which was outstanding as the hotel was heaving with people from a huge conference.
  The rooms were perfect.
  Alan in reception was outstanding with his professional attitude yet very personable.
  The day meeting was managed by James and the lunch was perfect.

  Do you have any good advice/tips for other bookers/organiser?
  

  Plan every detail with the meeting staff then every detail will be remembered and acted on.

  The Hilton team certainly went the extra mile. Staff were efficient and professional at all times. The meeting venue the Neville Suite was laid out perfectly and as we had visitors through the morning their duty manager was in the vicinity to escort them in.

  Be clear what you want and they will act accordingly.
