Everywhere, in bedrooms and bathrooms alike, are welcome little luxuries. Antique furniture, electric and comfortable; oriental rugs and Sir Bernard Ashley's remarkable personal collection of paintings, works of British and American artists at the turn of the century. Our Head Chef, Nick Brodie does much more than just win awards. With his cooking he makes eating at Llangoed one of the principal reasons for visiting us and returning as often as possible. His cooking is supplemented by our exceptional cellar of over 300 wines from the old and the New Worlds.
