Exeter city centre, with its fine shopping and many ancient buildings, including its Roman walls and 12th Century Cathedral, is a short walk away.

We have 98 recently refurbished bedrooms, including suites; we also have 9 meeting rooms. Exeter is a popular choice for business meetings, and with our largest room seating 250 people theatre-style, we’re also one of the city’s leading wedding venues with 3 rooms licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships. Exeter can be easily explored in foot, so you can safely leave the car in our on-site parking, available at an additional charge

We are located close to the business parks of Marsh Barton, Sowton and Pynes Hill as well being near to the University of Exeter campus.
