Leave the M5 at junction 30 and stay in the right hand lane. Take the 3rd exit on the roundabout (Exeter and Dawlish). Continue on this road and take 2nd left signposted City Centre and the 3rd exit at the next roundabout. The Southgate is 2 miles further on at the Acorn junction.
Take the road to the right of the hotel-'Southernhay' and the entrance to the hotel car park is on the left just after the hotel.
