Newcastle University’s large city centre campus combines an historic academic setting with state-of-the-art facilities. Venues range from the historic, traditional architecture of the Armstrong Building to high-tech lecture theatres for up to 374 delegates and a large-scale meeting space which can accommodate up to 500 delegates, providing first-class conferencing. The Hershcel Building is a popular choice for large conferences compromising of a suite of four large lecture theatres adjacent to exhibition space and breakout rooms.
Approximately 850 standard bedrooms are available at Castle Leazes and this is further supplemented with an additional 300 en-suite bedrooms.
