The News Building is a 17-storey office block designed by the Italian architect Renzo Piano who also designed The Shard, and it houses all of News UK's London operations, including The Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones and The Times. The area has been subject to a massive redevelopment in recent years and is home to a range of businesses from the traders in the famous Borough Market and small publishing houses, through to multinational organisations. The centre is a short walk from London Bridge Station, a major commuter hub for Kent and the South East and the tube stations at London Bridge, Monument and Cannon Street are all within a short walk, providing easy connectivity to other parts of London and the rail and airport network.
