  This venue for me has one of the best operations teams I have ever worked with in the business. We have returned to this venue for a large event in October for the past four years and the service and food I can honestly say has always been fantastic. From the pre-event support with Jessica McGregor getting the final details together, to the amazing Sharon who runs Royal Armouries Hall operationally and Raz who runs New Dock Hall they are on it constantly and you never have to chase. This venue are strict with risk assessments and sometimes with being a visitor attraction also are limited to what they can do, but because of this they do what they can very smoothly. A well oiled machine they are and when organising a large event you need to know the staff have got your back and that they have!
