A stone’s throw from Tunbridge Wells, The Leicester Arms Hotel is nestled in the heart of Penshurst village and steeped in history and tradition. Whilst we love both of these, the pub needed new life breathing into it. Our recipe for success is - Respect what has gone before and coax it gently into this century!

The bar is old, the beers are local.
The wines are eclectic and delicious.
The food is seasonal and hearty.
The restaurants (two) are informal and airy or elegant and glamorous.
The rooms are thirteen and vintage. King size, old beds, new comfy mattresses. Brand new bathrooms, old views of church spires and river valleys.
