And, if you have time to kick back, relax and enjoy yourself, Braintree offers great golf, and there is wonderful cycling and walking to be had in the surrounding countryside.
The hotel also has the facility to hold meetings and events for up to 60 people sit down meal and an evening reception up to 150.
The 31 bedrooms all have en-suite facilities with the 2 superior double rooms and 2 feature rooms, one of which offers a four poster bed. All four rooms have DVD, TV & hi-fi systems.
The hotel serves a wide range of freshly prepared meals from an extensive bar menu to the a la carte restaurant and has an excellent wine menu. The hotel's 2 bars offer superb character and ambience along with a good selection of real ales and traditional log fires.
