Situated in one of the prettiest market towns, the White Hart of Coggeshall takes its looks and surroundings straight from a picture post card.
However, there is a lot more to this hotel than that. This stunning building dates back to the 15th century and still has a wealth of its original features, notably its attractive timbered rooms.

All 18 bedrooms have the usual modern facilities (providing guests with the comfort and charm they'd expect from an Old English Inn) and yet the rooms still manage to retain the flavour of the original building.
The food offering certainly isn't 15th century with The White Hart Hotel offering more than most. It has its very own classic European style A la carte restaurant, bar and terrace menus. The hotel earned a wide reputation for its food, winning many awards including two AA Rosettes and kitchen of excellence over the years.
