At the Solent Hotel & Spa we pride ourselves in being one of the premier conference venues in Hampshire. Our experience and ability to accommodate between 1 and 240 delegates and our purpose built conference venue have been carefully considered to accommodate all the needs of conferencing. We offer naturally lit meeting rooms with LCD projectors or plasma screens, plentiful syndicate rooms adjacent to the main meeting room, individual break out areas for refreshment breaks or informal team work as well as a unique conference cafe where you can graze on healthy snacks to help refuel at any time. We believe its the little things in a meeting that matter, so we now offer superfast 100MB/100MB broadband options to our meeting guests along with our high quality Wi-Fi which is available throughout the hotel. This along with our free on-site parking makes sure the small details of the day are covered so you can focus directly on business.
In all - 117 bedrooms are in the main hotel and 13 spacious meeting and conference rooms make up our Business Lounge, so whatever your business; be it a meeting, training event, team building or conference, we’ll make it our priority to ensure your event is a success.

With delegates arriving from various locations across the South and at various times, the Conference Cafe was ideal on arrival. It was well-stocked throughout the day and made a pleasant location for breaks and particularly lunch which was excellent and praised by all staff. The Dorchester Suite was a great room with excellent facilities. We felt the cost for the day and all that was provided was good value for money and we would return.
