We were pleasantly surprised how friendly and helpful the staff were at this venue. From Reception to restaurant to bar staff, nothing was too much bother for them, even if the request was not in their remit. Rob in particular, was very accommodating and helpful to ensure the smooth running of our training course.

Fantastic venue! Meeting went well followed by a BBQ for all employees which was a great success. Rebecca in Events was “on the ball” and provided an excellent service planning the event. Everything I’d booked was carried out well by the team on duty on the night of the event. This is something that bookers expect to happen but does not always happen at some venues!! Christos was in charge in the evening and did an excellent job. Great feedback from my colleagues on the food too, we had BBQ menu C and it was delicious! Hotel is in a beautiful location, plenty of parking. Love it there!

Maddison was great with pre booking and follow up post event. Thank you again for supporting Smart Works and hosting our event at Green Park , the venue was great. We had 64 tickets sold plus volunteers and speakers so the room was nicely filled, the facilities guy JB was excellent , we kept him busy but nothing was too much for him and he was extremely friendly and efficient.
