  It would be great to learn a little more and please do tell us about any team members that went the extra mile for you?
  

  We were really impressed at how fantastic the team where throughout in particular Ian and Paul, whatever we needed was done quickly and efficiently with professionalism.

  The food was great variety and really tasty many delegates remarking on how healthy it was and also served on time, we will be back for sure to the hotel it is going onto our list of favourites for our client!

  Do you have any good advice/tips for other bookers/organiser?
  

  This hotel have a fantastic operational team that have all worked there for years and it shows they are really great to work with. Breakfast ask them to scale back their top service and just get guests seated and tea and coffee pots on tables, otherwise you will end up with a bit queue at breakfast.
