Open only for evenings on weekdays and all day on Saturday & Sunday. Daily routine of our chefs starts with warming up the smoker in morning and smoke the locally sourced & overnight marinated fresh meat onsite in our smoker for upto 14 hours. We strive to provide our BBQ loving guests with not only best smoked food, but a memorable experience of tasty food, huge portion, great value, selection of craft beers & attentive service.

Located in vibrant Hockley, Creative Quarter of Nottingham, hotbed of culture and a home to many of the city’s independent retailers, bars and restaurants, small creative companies and artists who give it a unique character and atmosphere.

The restaurant has a stripback interior and a casual relaxed atmosphere, a perfect place to meet with friends, celebrate those special occasions or just come and tuck into some American comfort food smoked low and slow in our on site smokers for up to 14 hours.
