Amy Russell set up Crescent Virtual Assistant in 2018 after realising she didn’t enjoy her daily commute any longer! She also understood that many business owners didn’t have time to do all the tasks that Amy loved. Since then, her business has grown to supporting a wide range of businesses across the Yorkshire region, and she currently has a team of highly skilled VA’s working with her. Amy’s experience spans over 25 years in the administration, secretarial and HR sector and she was recently accepted as a Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management in recognition of her skills, qualifications and experience. A recent finalist in the PA Hub Yorkshire VA of the Year 2019, meetingsclub’s Mark Bailey in an exclusive interview talked to Amy about why she became a Virtual Assistant and her advice for anybody thinking of striking out to become a VA.
