Their famous ice cream rolls took the world by storm when they became the newest Instagram sensation in 2015, and have since accumulated over 1.1million followers across social media. Their theatrical ice cream chefs pour their signature Jersey dairy (or vegan) cream onto a -30 degree ice pan alongside the fresh ingredients of your choice. Once theatrically sliced and diced together, your concoction of cream and toppings gets flattened and rolled into “too beautiful to eat" ice cream rolls.

Using their versatile frozen ice pans, they’ve just launched their frozen iced cocktails by pouring your favourite cocktail mix, chopping and turning the liquid as it freezes, and serving it as a mouth-watering alcoholic sorbet! The best bit? They have the ability to completely customise their ice pan carts, including the front, sides, menu and cups, designed in-house by their design team to align with any theme, brand and colours.
