A modern hotel situated on the edge of the Brecon Beacons, the Baverstock is midway between Merthyr Tydfil and Aberdare, offering conference organisers purpose built facilities in a quiet but easily accessible location. All bedrooms are equipped with radio, colour TV with sky satellite, direct dial telephone, trouser press, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The Foyer Bar centred around a large open fire, offers luxurious Chesterfield sofas and a delicate mirrored ceiling, the ideal setting in which to enjoy a relaxing drink. The Llewellyn Restaurant has its own bar area and offers excellent English and French cuisine for up to 100 people. The Brecon Ballroom can seat up to 400 people, while the Aberdare Suite, which seats up to 100 people, also divides into two further meeting areas. The Tydfil and Hirwaun suites are ideal for smaller meetings or training courses. There are 300 parking spaces on site.
