Ayr town centre, with its shops, restaurants and pubs is just 10 minutes drive and the local sandy beach is within walking distance of the hotel. In addition, it is just over an hour's drive to the vibrant City of Glasgow.

Great care has been taken to retain the original beauty of this charming historical property and indeed, many of the original features remain, giving this country house hotel an air of classical elegance matched with a warm and welcoming ambience. There are 13 traditionally styled bedrooms including a newly refurbished Bridal Suite. There is a lobby area with a 24-hour reception service and the hotel offers a 2 function suites, the largest of which can seat up to 280 persons which is an ideal venue for weddings, conferences and events. There is also a café bar, pub, resident’s lounge and a restaurant.
