Standing buffets/receptions for up to 200 guests work well when using a combination of the two rooms. Evening seminars/music recitals for a maximum of 200 guests can be held in the Music Room. Small rooms are now available for daytime use. Preston Manor, situated two miles north of Brighton offers guests a chance to see Edwardian life both 'upstairs and downstairs'. The house combines both elegance and charm hosting 30 maximum for a seated dinner, 40 maximum for a standing reception/buffet. Guided day and evening tours of both historic houses are available.
