Audio Visual needs are covered by a 4 mtr x 3 mtr screen that is fed by a 5,000 lumens rear projector coupled to the sound system. A laptop computer and Internet link is available for use at presentations. Assistance can be given if these items are used. Stage lighting and a P.A. System are also available. All sound & lighting equipment must be booked in advance through the Bookings Secretary, to ensure that it is installed, set up and tested before the event.
