From M25: Take M23/A23 to Brighton. Follow directions A27 to Hove/Chichester. At first exit follow directions to Brighton (Dyke Road Avenue).
At third set of traffic lights (look for Petrol Station) turn right onto The Upper Drive. Follow the road straight down to the T-junction with the Drive. Turn left hand side of the street passed the second set of lights.
From Brighton: Drive to the Sea Front, at roundabout by Brighton Pier, take 3rd exit onto Kings Road, drive along the Sea Front past the West Pier, turn right at Queen Victoria Statue, situated at the right hand side and at the bottom of Grand Avenue.
Drive up Grand Avenue over the first set of traffic lights and you will find us on the right hand side.
