Further afield Kyle of Lochalsh and the Islands of the Hebrides can be reached within a few short hours, as can John o'Groats and the Cairngorms National Park.

Closer to home scenic Urquhart Castle is just 20 minutes away by car, whilst Fort Augustus village centre is walking distance from the hotel and is the base for a number of Loch Ness cruises as well as the Caledonian Canal.
