overview
The London Cruise Terminal at Thurrock is a Grade II listed building of historical importance, opened in May 1930 by Ramsay MacDonald. Originally built as a passenger terminal, the building has an overall floor area of over 2,000 m2 which is divided into two main areas: Great Hall of 1,025 m2 with high vaulted arched ceiling and Passenger Lounge of 840 m2. The single storey building is on a flat site providing easy access for the disabled.
