The Mercure Bridgwater hotel is ideally located for conferences and events. Conveniently located in the heart of Bridgwater and in between junctions 23 and 24 of the M5, making it a good location for attendees travelling location or from across the South West. Organisers benefit from free on site parking with additional chargeable parking for delegates located just 100m from the hotel, and being city centre there are plenty of other parking options within walking distance of the hotel.
Two modern meeting rooms with ample natural daylight, can be blacked out during presentations, are fully air conditioned, adjustable Dyson duo beam lighting and each room features integrated audio visual equipment. The hotel also provides flipchart pad and pens and delegate pads and pencils.
THE FOUNDRY
A ground floor flexible meeting space, within close proximity to the lobby, lounge and our Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill, the perfect place for a business lunch. The Foundry seats up to 30 theatre style, 20 classroom, 16 boardroom and 14 u-shaped. Also a great venue for private dinners seating up to 16.
THE QUAYS
Self-contained boardroom with integrated power, USB ports and executive chairs. Benefits from a small lobby area ideal for refreshments and lunch. Alternatively dine in our Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill. The Quays seats up to 14 boardroom style.

Each meeting room features integrated refreshments, we can then provide a range of tempting and healthy snacks. For lunch choose from a range of bespoke options; working lunch, buffet lunch or a seated lunch in our Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill. From North, Take J23 off M5, At roundabout turn right A39 Bridgwater. At next roundabout take the First Exit A38 Bridgwater. At Cross Rifles Roundabout continue on A38 taking the Second Exit. At the traffic lights Turn Right onto Eastover and Hotel is immediately on the Left.
From South, Take J24 off M5, At the roundabout take the First Exit to A39 Bridgwater, at the second roundabout take the exit for A38 Bridgwater. Continue on A38 and at the T Junction (Esso Garage) Turn Right on to Broadway and keep in left lane. Continue straight and take a left on to Eastover, you will see the Hotel on your Left.
Parking is chargeable. There are 13 spaces in the hotel Courtyard, with additional spaces located at Barclay Street Car Park (TA6 5HP). Other Pay Display public car parks are in the area.
