From the M1, leave at J14. At the roundabout take the exit signposted Wellingborough/Bedford A509. After 1 mile take the first exit off the roundabout (Tickford roundabout) signposted Milton Keynes North/Buckingham A422. Keep going straight across all the roundabouts. Follow signs for Buckingham A422 (H3 Monks Way). After 4 ? miles just past BP service station, you will come to the Abbey Hill roundabout. Take third exit off the roundabout, signposted Two Mile Ash.
