overview
Northfields comprises fourteen bedrooms (sleeping up to twenty eight people). All the principal rooms face south and overlook some magnificent mature trees and a garden which has been extensively landscaped and lovingly cared for. The house is extremely well equipped in every respect down to the smallest detail so you can just turn up and immediately feel as though you are at home. We also have four grand pianos at concert pitch.
The grounds of Northfields consist of well tended lawns, mown paths through the natural wooded area. There are two very well maintained grass tennis courts, a heated outdoor swimming pool, croquet lawns, BBQ/terrace area in a beautiful south/west spot by the house seating up to 30, and a squash court and pool tables for your use.
The relaxed and comfortable surroundings of Northfields offer the perfect setting for a variety of events: corporate events, wedding receptions, private rentals or parties.

From the Fontwell roundabout on the M27, take the second exit asign-posted A29 Bognor Regis.
Drive along this road (Fontwell race course on your right) exactly 0.5 miles and turn first right into Level Mare Lane. The 'Level Mare Lane' sign post is not visible from this direction but the lane is the first right hand turn on the A29, (0.5 miles from the roundabout) and is opposite a small lay-by, on which stands the only street lamp in the road. Go down Level Mare Lane approximately 600 yards, Northfields House is the second entrance on the left, it has a white gate with a tall beech hedge on either side and a gravel drive. It is just after the entrance for Bayard Stables which has a feather boarded fence and some white bollards on the kerbside.
