We think we know why William the Conqueror was so keen on this particular part of England - this lovely seafront hotel! The battle of 1066 was probably just an argument over the minibar bill. Of course, we jest. This fine hotel was only built in the 19th Century, but tastefully furnished bedrooms and a renowned Sea Terrace Restaurant and Piano Bar make this place a wonderful haven for breaks of any kind.
