The sunny patio to the side offers privacy and wonderful views over the surrounding fields. The sitting room is complete with colour television & DVD and leads to the large, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, which also houses a pool table. A separate utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and a fridge freezer. Of the four bedrooms, two have ensuite facilities and the other two share a family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath. There is a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a double with ensuite shower room, an additional double room and a triple bedroom, (double plus single bed). There is also a double sofa bed in the sitting room or if you prefer, there are two children sized Z beds. There is shared use of the tennis court.
