Our largest venue, the Conference Room is a light and airy space, with capacity for up to 120 people. It is ideal for presentations, workshops and symposiums.

There is exhibition space outside the room, which is great for displays and networking, and is the perfect place to serve refreshments prepared by our dedicated on-site catering team. There are also smaller break-out rooms situated nearby.

Our six meeting rooms vary in size and can accommodate between six and 35 people. Ideal for smaller meetings or training sessions, they can also be used as break-out rooms for conferences or other larger events.

"The Street" inside the OpTIC centre is a unique location for exhibitions and networking, The Street forms the natural centre of our site, stretching the entire length of the building. A naturally-lit walkway, which links the incubator units on the ground and first floors to the building’s technical centre, it offers a unique networking venue.
