We are a social enterprise and all profits go back into the community and the facility. We operate as a business and with your continuous support to the PPP, you are also supporting the community we serve. We are a registered company and charity with keys aims to provide services and amenities that will improve the area.

Initially employing one and a half members of staff, PPP has grown over the past thirteen years and now currently provides over fifty sustainable jobs for local people. At least 7 of our current workload was unemployed prior to being recruited by us. We have good staff retention and we grow and develop our staff teams. An example of this is our Junior Management Team that we began at the start of the year. This involved taking the junior staff from all departments and having fortnightly training sessions that involved full cost recovery, risk assessments and the understanding of sustainable services.
