Browns Brasserie & Bar Bristol is housed in part of the old Bristol Museum and Art Gallery, which was modelled on the Doge’s Palace in Venice. This beautiful, characterful building, located in the heart of Clifton and restored in 1992, further adds to our unique, bustling atmosphere.

Join us for a relaxing, brasserie brunch, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner, made with quality, fresh, seasonal ingredients. Or if you don’t fancy a meal, our expert, friendly teams will look after you in our stylish cocktail bar area, where you can enjoy a crafted cocktail (or two), a glass of fine wine or Champagne and graze on some delicious bar snacks.
