  All of our pre-event organisation was with Julie Ball (Conference Coordinator & Meet-In-Pod Host) who was great in ensuring all aspects of our clients event were handled with a great attention to detail.
  On the event our main contact on the conference & banqueting side was Rhys - our team were full of praise for him as we were running to tight deadlines to change room layouts and Rhys ensured that he and his team were on hand as planned. They dealt with all requests effectively and with no fuss and the "Genie" button worked seamlessly.

  Do you have any good advice/tips for other bookers/organiser?
  

  Ask about the "Genie" button for your conference host.
  NUMBER 1 TIP - organise a site visit as the exterior pictures of the venue definitely do not give the venue the credit it deserves as the interior is stunning and perfect for conferences and events.
  The Cotswold Suite is an ideal conference and dinner space.
