STORY TO TELL

WHO – Glaziers Hall, London Bridge, London SE1

WHAT – 7 impressive event spaces for 5-300 delegates, 2 minutes walk from tube and rail connections

WHY – A stunning “old meets new” venue with a real sense of family

If you’re looking in the centre of London for a conference or event venue with real history and a sympathetic modern twist, look no further than Glaziers Hall (GH).  Located literally on the banks of the Thames, next to London Bridge, GH has a real story to tell. The original Hall was destroyed during the Great Fire of London in 1666. Its current home built in 1808 adjoins London Bridge and the so-called ‘Nancy Steps’ made famous by Charles Dickens’ Oliver Twist. Today, Glaziers Hall is home to three prestigious livery companies and boasts an impressive 7 meeting and event spaces for hire, many with natural light and amazing views over the Thames.  A recent £2.2 million investment has transformed GH, creating the stunning, fully self-contained, ‘Arches” a serious consideration for anybody looking to hold an exclusive dinner, product launch or reception.  Sustainability is very much on the agenda from the provision of bottled water onsite to locally sourced food using home-grown suppliers from the neighbouring Borough Market and surrounding area.  And for those on a budget, good news!  An abundance of AV equipment and staging is included as part of the excellent value Day Delegate Rates.
