WHO – Tinwood Estate, Chichester, West Sussex 

WHAT – Purpose built “Tasting Room” offering multifunction event options

WHO – British Motor Museum, Warwickshire 

WHAT – Large creative conference, exhibition and event space recently refurbished 

WHY – An iconic, historic themed venue, centrally located where you can dine amongst the cars! 

Following a four-year absence from the Meetings and Events Market and a £2million refurbishment programme, the British Motor Museum in Warwickshire is very much open for business!  Having re-branded from the Heritage Motor Centre, the 65acre site offers impressive internal and external event space for up to 5,000 visitors and a unique environment for conferences, exhibitions, events and product launches.  The refurbishment includes its fabulous new look, re-named roof top rooms, ‘The Sky Suite’ for up to 200 theatre-style and 240 for dining. Stunning panoramic views over the Warwickshire countryside and a patio roof-garden further enhance event options.   The ‘Conference Suite’, with a capacity of 600 theatre style and the ‘Lecture Suite’ which seats up to 150 theatre style have also been refurbished.  And flexible room arrangements now offer 2,000 sqm of internal exhibition space including a 680 sqm Exhibition Gallery, with an additional 20 rooms for smaller meetings for up to 50 delegates. A must do is dining amongst 300 historic British cars a unique option available for those looking for that special dining experience and one that is sure to impress.

WHAT – Creative space for meetings, product launches and special events 

WHY – Unique subterranean setting and the chance to ride beneath the streets of the capital 

What did we all do before Twitter and Facebook?  Well the Postal Museum reveals the surprising and fascinating story of the first social network and is a unique venue for any corporate, experiential or private event. Located in the heart of Central London, impress your guests in the interactive galleries and even take a ride on an immersive subterranean mail train!  The Courtyard is a contemporary space that offers access to the museum Galleries and is perfect for presentations and even features a living wall and original phone box a lively backdrop for events.  The Mail Rail event space is a blank canvas which is ideal for dinners, drinks receptions and parties through to award ceremonies and product launches and presentations.  The industrial event space features vaulted arches, original exposed brick work and inspiring Gallery space with a capacity of 275 standing and 150 seated The meeting room is a bright space with views of Mount Pleasant Mail Centre and is ideal for workshops, team away days, strategy sessions and round table meetings. But no visit is complete without a trip on the on the Mail Rail Ride! Deep beneath the streets of the capital, London’s secret 100-year-old Post Office railway was opened to the public in 2017.  Guests and delegates can embark on a thrilling journey 30ft underneath the streets of London in a narrow network of hidden tunnels.
