This beautiful Grade II listed building seamlessly blends cutting edge, purpose-built laboratories with office and conference facilities.

The perfect spot to host both small meetings and larger events, CityLabs 1.0 brings old and new together in a space that is certain to impress.

Citylabs 1.0 is home to three intimate meeting rooms; each equipped with a presentation screen and white boards across three walls. These spaces seat up to 8 people, with the latest tele-conferencing technology to make connecting easy.

Each room also comes with complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits for as long as your meeting lasts, with our reception team on hand to help with any special requests.
