We are centrally located in Manchester’s business district and close to the Manchester Central convention complex and town hall.

In 2018 the Novotel Manchester Centre completed an extensive refurbishment program. These works have extended our bedroom choice by adding four Suites, Executive bedrooms, a fully renovated state of the art conference centre, "In|Balance" fitness centre, and stunning new public areas for our guests to enjoy.

It would be great to learn a little more and please do tell us about any team members that went the extra mile for you?

All meeting space is on the 1st floor which when all rooms are in use can get a little crowded. Signage is good, meeting rooms are light and reasonable spacious. Staff are always on hand to replenish refreshments, help with AV etc. Lunch is a buffet in the Restaurant which offers a good selection of hot/cold items and special requests are always accommodated. Good Wifi & Car Parking directly underneath the hotel (Chargeable) but if you validate your ticket at Reception before you leave then you get discount. Easy access to central Manchester and Piccadilly Station.

Do you have any good advice/tips for other bookers/organiser?

Watch out for the bus lanes as you approach the hotel (I got caught in one recently £70 fine) but wasn't even aware I was in one - poor signage. Not hotels fault at all but be aware if arriving by car.
