Our superb and sophisticated facilities are available for everyone to make the most of their leisure time regardless of age. And that doesn't mean you have to take part in the many activities available - you can relax and watch sporting contests, fashion events, fairs and exhibitions. The two sports halls offer separate activities like badminton, five-a- side football, table tennis or volleyball. They can be quickly transformed into a 2000 seater stadium with television lighting enabling Crowtree to stage ambitious and spectacular events including international karate, boxing, basketball and gymnastics. The halls are also extensively used for trampolining, judo, gymnastics and basketball. There is an excellent climbing wall with natural rock hand holes and climbs of varying degrees of difficulty. Depending on your activity, you can hire the relevant equipment. The addition of television lighting and a 950 seat capacity allows Crowtree to play host to numerous spectator events like professional ice-hockey, skating competitions and exhibitions, some of which have been televised. There are super catering facilities to be found throughout Crowtree. Checkers cafeteria overlooks the Leisure Pool and offers a wide range of meals, snacks and beverages to suit the whole family. The spacious and comfortable Crowtree Bar also offers a varied range of hot and cold snacks and an excellent range of beers, wines and spirits. The licensed Function and Basement Suites can be hired for all occasions from conferences to wedding receptions.
