From the A1(M), follow signs for Newcastle Airport. Join the A696 (signposted Airport) until you approach a roundabout, turn right towards the Airport Terminal. At smaller roundabout, take second exit and keep in right hand lane. The hotel is located on your right hand side, opposite the terminal building and short stay car park. Turn right.

  We were really well supported from arrival to departure by the onsite team. Karen was our contact and continued to check in and make sure we were always supported. The Catering team were great and really responsive throughout. The Feedback we have collected on the quality and choice of food was good. The Rooms were all good quality. A super convenient location from the Airport and Central Newcastle via the Metro.

  Do you have any good advice/tips for other bookers/organiser?
  

  We did struggle in getting the IT set up for our presentations ... the hotel offered large TV screens and overheard projectors but the connection was initially hard to get all set up. In the end for the conference all went well - with just some minor sound issues. For future bookings allow as much time as possible for getting set up and if more than 50 people in the Holly suite (if that is where you are) then suggest using the Screens and not the TVs. Two Lapel Mics would be preferred for larger groups (50 plus).
