Situated in the centre of Leatherhead in the heart of Surrey the venue is five minutes from junction 9 on the M25 and next door to Leatherhead train station. Federation House is ideally located for visits to Chessington World of Adventures, Epsom Racecourse, Thorpe Park, Legoland and has a direct train service from London.
The venue offers excellent conference and business facilities with 8 purpose built rooms suitable for private dining, meetings, presentations or training sessions from 8 to 170 delegates. With 55 air-conditioned bedrooms and seven purpose built conference rooms and large open atrium area with a restaurant and bar we offer consistently high standards of service and meticulous attention to detail.
