Warren House Conference Centre is often referred to as a ‘hidden gem’, located in the exclusive Coombe Estate, Surrey, between the historic town of Kingston upon Thames and the commercial districts of south west London. Conveniently located less than 10 miles from Westminster, within easy reach of Heathrow and Gatwick airports, the A3 and the orbital M25. Our dedicated staffs are waiting to offer you a warm welcome and work effortlessly and seamlessly to guarantee yours is a unique, tailored, and most importantly memorable experience.

The house is Victorian, Grade II listed, and set within four acres of peaceful landscaped gardens. There are nine elegant, light and airy interconnecting ground floor reception rooms with beautiful views over landscaped gardens. Overnight accommodation is available for all private and corporate events clients with 46 individually styled rooms available.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and on-site car parking is also available for all guests.

Road - Leave the M25 at J10, follow the A3 until the Robin Hood Junction. Take the A308, turning left onto Warren Road after 1 mile.
