Lily Shackleford went the extra mile for us; she was so kind, helpful and above all, patient, with our requests/queries/change of plans.
I would not hesitate in booking this venue. I've received very positive feedback from our Leadership Team about the venue, rooms, activities and all of the meals they had. They were also very complimentary about all of the staff they encountered during their stay.

Foxhills is outstanding hotel that offers pretty much everything both for business and leisure (golf, games room, yoga, gym, spa,tennis courts, outdoor pools etc.)
Elton John/ Tina Turner tribute night, fireworks or Mexican/ Italian nights are organised throughout the year. Team is resourceful and always professional.
Can't wait to be back: delicious food + amazing rooms.

This networking event was excellent, from the welcoming arrival, gift bag in the room and to the helpful check out. The team were fully attentive, helpful and friendly. The meeting space is fully equipped with video conferencing facilities, A variety of different spaces to host an event and the outdoor space is also very large for team events. We had dinner in the AA rosette restaurant with a beautiful view over the grounds. If staying overnight, the use of the facilities are complementary, spa, tennis courts, outdoor heated pools and a natural pool.
Suggest pre-booking a taxi for the delegates from either Woking station or West Byfleet. Uber is not widely used and not many taxis outside of West Byfleet station.

All the catering staff for the room hire and private dining went above and beyond and were exceptionally polite. As well as Charlotte and Lauren who assisted with the booking of the event. They were both extremely helpful and accommodating.

The porters were amazing - very responsive to our questions/requests and actioned quickly and with a smile. With a caveat that Covid has interfered with your ways of working, I can't say the same for the event team, I found it difficult to know who to deal with leading up to the meeting especially as at times there was no out of office message for members of the team that were not working, and I was having to chase up for answers to queries. I found the same during the event too - that questions to the event team were not answered or took a long time to be answered.
Make sure you know who you are dealing with in the events team, and find out the dates that they are working and who the deputy is if they are not available - will save a lot of frustrations

Excellent service, good location, but irregular wi-fi connection.
