The Rising Sun Countryside Centre boasts panoramic views from our Conferencing Centre. We have four meeting rooms, all rooms have natural daylight, with views over the adjacent 400 acre Country Park.

A venue where creative ideas flourish, you will feel as though you are in the heart of the countryside despite being closely connected to major roads including the A19 and only 4 miles from the Centre of Newcastle.

The Centre has free, fast WiFi and comfortable conferencing facilities which have been upgraded and refreshed in 2015 with ample free parking and is fully accessible.

We welcome small meetings of 2 or more people and we can host up to 80 people theatre style or 60 people cabaret style. A perfect choice for conferences, functions, meetings, teambuilding or social or public events.

Our catering includes hearty homecooked food and freshly baked scones and bread. Rising Sun Countryside Centre is a special venue and we will give you a warm welcome.
