Seaton Sluice Community Association was formed on 22nd March 1963 for the benefit of the inhabitants of Seaton Sluice and surrounding areas. The Association met in a variety of places without having a home of its own until 1970, when the former Junior and Infant School buildings in Albert Road, Seaton Sluice became available, which it has occupied since.
