On arrival I did encounter a slight confusion at reception, as the course I was attending was both 2 days and 3 days, but this was quickly rectified and the Receptionists manner was extremely professional and welcoming.
The training room and facilities had everything we needed in a very nice space. There were lots of staff on hand and every member of staff greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly "hello". This was a refreshing consistency that the hotel should be proud of, it is unusual to get that reaction from every member of staff that you pass.
There was however 1 standout member of staff - Cameron in the Restaurant.

Do you have any good advice/tips for other bookers/organiser?

The organisers should make sure that the hotel staff are fully aware of mixed course details.
