We are an award-winning hotel and resort situated in the heart of the country in Royal Sutton Coldfield, North Warwickshire, home to 300+ luxurious bedrooms and suites, several restaurants and bars, events and meetings spaces, a leisure club and The Belfry Spa. Our three golf courses, including The Brabazon and PGA National, are recognised as world-class, having previously hosted The Ryder Cup more than any other venue in the world and home to this years Betfred British Masters.

It would be great to learn a little more and please do tell us about any team members that went the extra mile for you?

The reception team were particularly helpful. I arrived not having booked a table for a pre-event work dinner. The hotel was clearly busy but the receptionist personally went to the restaurant to ensure I had a booking, great service. That said, all the staff from the breakfast and banqueting to the golf shop were all really helpful.

Do you have any good advice/tips for other bookers/organiser?

As well as the three golf courses, the belfry has a fun mini golf course near a bar that would be a good ice breaker for an event.
