Run by chef Richard Turner and his business partner Nick Cruddington, the dining room at Turners is intimate and unpretentious, and the exquisitely presented international menu has won both critical acclaim and a loyal local following. Star dishes include the tian of Cornish crab with mango, yoghurt, and cumin pastry; the loin of rabbit with a pastilla of confit leg, carrots, cabbage, mustard foam and tarragon jus; and the apricot souffle with almond ice cream.
