Lindeth Howe is an ideal location for small exclusive meetings. The Morning Room seats up to 15 delegates for a Boardroom meeting. It is a peaceful room with superb views over Lake Windermere.
The Sitting Room seats up to 24 in theatre style and 18 boardroom. This is also a peaceful room, with great views over the Gardens and Lake. Overhead projector, screen, flip charts and VCR available free of charge.
Exclusive use will accommodate up to 90 day delegates and 76 residential delegates
We also have a brand new room, The Hilltop which is a stunning room that is perfect for meetings, conferences and all types of events. It can seat 40 people theatre style.

From the South and East - From the M6 Junction 36 take A591 towards Windermere at large roundabout take first left B5284 sign posted Hawkshead via Ferry and Crook along this road for 6 miles past Windermere Golf Club on left to junction of A5074 staggered cross roads. Straight across (left and then sharp right) is Longtail Hill. Lindeth Howe is first drive on left 150mtrs down the hill.
From Scotland and the North East - From the M6 Junction 40 take the A66 towards Keswick. Take either the A592 via Ullswater and Kirkstone Pass to Windermere or continue along the A66 to Threlkeld, turn left through St Johns in the Vale to Windermere on the A591 via Grasmere & Ambleside. At the junction of the A591 & A592 head south to Bowness Bay on the A592. Continue south out of Bowness on the A592 towards Newby Bridge & Barrow after ? of a mile there is a left fork B5284 - Longtail Hill. Lindeth Howe is the last drive on the right 300mtrs up the hill.
