Comprising eight museums and art galleries in and around Liverpool, National Museums Liverpool offer a wide range of events and spaces against a unique backdrop of historic artefacts and world-class art. Each event that takes place within one of its venues is expertly curated by an in-house team, Hosted by National Museums Liverpool.

Lady Lever Art Gallery is the beautiful legacy of soap magnate and discerning art collector William Hesketh Lever, the first Lord Leverhulme, who dedicated the building to the memory of his wife Elizabeth. Opened in December 1922 by Princess Beatrice, youngest daughter of Queen Victoria, the gallery contains Lever’s personal art collection and is famed for its world-class collection of Wedgwood Jasperware, Chinese porcelain and 18th century furniture.

A short drive away from Liverpool city centre, Lady Lever Art Gallery is the spectacular cornerstone of the picturesque village of Port Sunlight, which Lever built to house his employees. With a grand Beaux-Arts style exterior, the Gallery is centred on a breathtaking grand hall filled with paintings,where dinners both large and small can be hosted.

There are also two beautiful rotundas with stunning glass domes, both of which are filled with ornate sculptures. The South Rotunda is a particularly popular space for drinks receptions, as it offers a fantastic view of the village and a fountain which sits at the front of the building. Numerous other spaces at the South End of the gallery can be utilised for events, including those restored as part of a £2.8 million Heritage Lottery Fund project.

World-class catering is provided by Hosted by National Museums Liverpool's team of in-house chefs, who have the ability, skill and innovation to produce food completely unique to your event.
