From the initial engagement - to the weekend event's start, right up to the event finish, we were really well supported and the event went very smoothly ... thank you to all the hard working team on site that supported us that weekend. The only minor blip we had was that the hand held Mic the Hotel provided kept running out of batteries - and we had to keep pausing whilst they were replaced (it became a bit of a running joke - sadly ... we got through 6 sets over the course of 24 hours ) ... this was fed back to the team on site. Everything else worked perfectly and the room tech had all been set up well and was easy to use. The Feedback we asked for internally to our delegates was largely very positive about the hotel and its facilities.
Convenient location ... good support team on site and rooms / facilities all perfectly adequate. Our delegates are mostly all runners and there were not many nice running routes to use - but that was to be expected, given the proximity to Slough and Motorways etc ... (and bring batteries :) ) ...
